Background:
• An application for a Preliminary Site Evaluation (PSE-21-0004) has been submitted concurrently with this application.
• The purpose of this plat is to meet the State and City requirements related to the creation of the lots, easements, and boundaries for the minor subdivision. The next step will be finalizing building permits.
Summary:
The Applicant has met all requirements of the UDC for this Minor Subdivision Plat application.
