Background:
• The subject property was originally platted in April 2008, when First Baptist Church utilized a section of the property as a parking lot.
• On December 8, 2020, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a replat for 3.24 acres for lots 3 and 5-13.
• The purpose of this replat is to expand the campus of the First Baptist Church.
