Consider approving a Final Plat of Lots 1R1 and 1R2, Block A, Westwind Church Addition, being a replat of Lot 1, Block A of the Westwind Church Addition, approximately 8.174 acres of land, located at the intersection of Village Trail and Sarah Brooks Drive, zoned Single-Family 36,000 square-foot lots or greater (SF-36) and addressed 1300 Sarah Brooks Drive. Background:
The purpose of this replat is to is to subdivide Lot 1, Block A of the Westwind Church Addition into two lots, with the second lot proposed for single-family development in the SF-36 zoning district.
The Applicant has submitted all required documentation which has been reviewed by the Planning Department, Public Works, and the Fire Department for compliance with the Keller Unified Development Code.
Summary:
The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Unified Development Code (UDC). An additional drainage study was required and reviewed by the Public Works Department.
Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:
The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC. The Commission has the following option on this plat:
