Action Requested:
Consider a resolution approving the bid for Janitorial Services from Andrews Building Service Inc., of Dallas, Texas, in the amount of $152,936.04; and authorize the City Manager to execute all purchase documents relating thereto on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
Background:
A request for Proposal was advertised in accordance with state law for Janitorial Services at The Keller Pointe.
Nineteen (19) proposals were received and read aloud in accordance with State Law on July 28th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The proposal that best meets all the Keller Pointe’s needs is from Andrews Building Service Inc.
Andrews Building Service Inc. is a company based in Dallas, Texas with high recommendations from other city facilities.
Financial Impact:
The FY 2026-27 Keller Pointe Budget includes funds for janitorial services.
