Background:

The Center Stage Planned Development (PD) was approved on January 21, 2020, as a mixed-use development that included a variety of residential and commercial uses in a phased approach. A PD Amendment was approved by City Council on August 1, 2023. The proposed plat  is specifically for the single-family lots located in Block A1 of the development. Per the PD guidelines, City Council approved the Detailed Site Plan for the single-family phase of the project on March 4, 2025.

 

Summary:

The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Planned Development and the Unified Development Code.

 

Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:

The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC and conform to Planned Development specifications. The Commission has the following option on this plat:
