Background:
During development of The Gean Estates, a 15-inch sanitary sewer line was installed and connected to the current sanitary line running on Keller Parkway to serve the areas north of Johnson Road. The project will replace approximately 1000 lineal feet of 6-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer line with 15-inch sewer line installed by various methods of construction such as horizontal directional drilling and open trenching to meet future needs. The work also includes water service replacements and associated asphalt and concrete pavement repair along the North side of Keller Parkway. A Location Map for the project is included.
Two (2) qualifying bids were received at Keller Town Hall on March 24, 2021 for this project. A bid summary is included showing the range of bid amounts.
