Consider a resolution adopting The Keller Sports Park Tournament Policy.
The renovation and expansion of Keller Sports Park has created new opportunities for the City to host tournaments and other large-scale athletic events. As interest in tournament use has increased, staff identified the need for a formal policy to establish consistent guidelines for tournament requests, scheduling, field use, and responsibilities. The proposed Tournament Policy is intended to provide a clear and consistent process for evaluating tournament opportunities while balancing tournament play with local league schedules, regular field rentals, facility maintenance, and the long-term care of the Sports Park.
