Background:

The purpose of this plat is to subdivide an existing 15-acre tract of land into seven single-family residential lots in the SF-36 zoning district.

The Applicant has submitted all required documentation which has been reviewed by the Planning Department, Public Works, and the Fire Department for compliance with the Keller Unified Development Code.

Summary:

The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Unified Development Code (UDC).

 

Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:

The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC. The Commission has the following option on this plat:
