Background:

                     On November 17, 2020, City Council unanimously approved a PD Amendment to allow the applicant to subdivide the existing lot into two lots through the replatting process.

 

                     The Applicant is now requesting to replat the property to subdivide to create an additional lot.

 

 

Property Description:

Lots 1R1 and 1R2, Block C Silverleaf Addition located on an approximately 2.28 -acre property. Lot 1R1 will be 1.44 acres (62,726 square-feet) and Lot 1R2 will be .857 acres (37,076 square-feet).

 

Summary:

The applicant has met all requirements of the UDC for this Minor Subdivision Plat application.

 

 

Alternatives:

The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC and conform to zoning district specifications. The Commission has the following option on this plat.
