Subject:                      Briefing regarding current DRC projects and Long-Term Projects.

At the request of the P & Z Commission Chairman, Staff will provide updates on recent development applications, development activities, and special projects that Staff is currently working on.

Development Review Applications (all applications are currently under review by DRC staff):

1)                     North Texas Veterinarian Clinic, 1100 Whitley Rd; SP-19-0015 & CP-19-0007; Katasha Smithers: 4th Submittal for Site Plan and Civil Plan were received on 2/6/2020. Staff sent comments on 2/14/2020.

2)                     Bloomfield Office, 1680 Keller Pkwy, SP-20-0005; Katasha Smithers; Site Plan for the 8-lot subdivision zoned Office: 1st submittal received on 2/14/2020; Staff comments are due 2/24/2020.

3)                     Majestic Nail Salon, 101 Town Center Lane Suite, SUP-20-00; Matt Cyr: SUP request for salon use. P&Z scheduled for 2/25/2020.

4)                      Greenway, 1521 Keller Pkwy, P-20-0003; JP Ducay: 1st submittal received 2/13/2020, Staff comments due 2/20/2020.

5)                     Main Street Suites, 950 North Main St; PSE-19-0001 & SP-19-0018; JP Ducay; both PSE and Site Plan are running concurrently. Proposed office, retail and hotel.

6)                      Tyson Replat, 8705 Buckner Lane; P-19-0008; JP Ducay; 2nd shock clock submittal received 2/14/2020, Staff comments due 2/20/2020.

7)                     Atlus, 1807 Keller Parkway; SP-20-0002; Matt Cyr; Proposed office space located in front of the Bowden Event Center; Submitted on 1/30/2020; Staff sent comments on 2/6/2020.

8)                     Complete Trailers, 1425 S Main Street; SP-20-0006; Matt Cyr; resubmitted on 2/18/2020; Staff comments are due 3/3/2020.
