Consider a resolution receiving the Keller Quarterly Financial Report for period ending September 30, 2025 (unaudited) and providing an effective date.

 

Background:                     

The Keller Quarterly Financial Report provides an update on actual operating revenue and expenditure activity in comparison to budget.  As of September 30, 2025, year-to-date operating revenues are $108,871,404 or 102.0% of budget and operating expenditures are $110,381,380 or 94.2% of budget.  In the General Fund, revenues are $46,368,153 or 101.2% of budget and expenditures are $49,768,526 or 96.4% of budget.  In the Water-Wastewater Utility Fund, revenues are $31,623,452 or 103.2% and expenditures are $28,376,593 or 89.8%.  Overall revenues and expenditures are in-line with expectations and follow prior year trends. 

 

Citizen Input/Board Review:                     

The Keller Finance Committee reviewed and approved the financial report on January 6, 2026.

City Council has the following alternatives:
