Approve Contract Amendment # 5 to an Agreement for Design Services and Contract Administration with Parkhill, of Arlington, Texas in the total amount of $95,565.00

Background:

The city entered into a professional services agreement with Parkhill on March 22, 2022, for the construction document, bidding and construction administration phase services for the Keller Sports Park Renovation Project.
