Reject all bids for the construction of the Oakhill Road Waterline Improvements project.

Background:                     

On September 25th, 2022, the City of Keller Public Works Department advertised for bid the Oakhill Road Waterline Improvements project. On October 12th, 2022, city staff received two (2) responses to the advertisement; the lowest responsive bid exceeded the engineer’s estimate by 33%. As a result, City staff recommends that the City Council reject all proposals.
