Consider a resolution receiving the Keller Quarterly Financial Report for period ending December 31, 2025 and providing an effective date.

 

Background:                     

The Keller Quarterly Financial Report provides an update on actual operating revenue and expenditure activity in comparison to budget.  As of December 31, 2025, year-to-date operating revenues are $26,341,113 or 24.4% of budget and operating expenditures are $19,542,098 or 17.6% of budget.  In the General Fund, revenues are $10,689,361 or 23.3% of budget and expenditures are $10,126,115 or 21.4% of budget.  In the Water-Wastewater Utility Fund, revenues are $8,505,766 or 26.3% and expenditures are $4,272,224 or 13.3%.  Overall revenues and expenditures are in-line with expectations and follow prior year trends. 

 

Citizen Input/Board Review:                     

The Keller Finance Committee reviewed and approved the financial report on February 3, 2026.

City Council has the following alternatives:

Staff recommends approval as submitted.
