Background:
The Applicant is requesting a Future Land Use Plan (FLUP) amendment to change the land use designation to Medium-Density Single Family - 15,000 to 35,999 square-foot lots (MD-SF) from Low-Density Single Family 36,000 square-foot lots and above (LD-SF) for 7.2 acres between Clara Lane and Indian Knoll Trail. The FLUP amendment aligns with the Applicant’s request to rezone the property from Single-Family Residential - 36,000 square-foot lots to Single-Family Residential - 30,000 square-foot lots for a proposed 8-lot subdivision. The rezone request is on the agenda as a separate item.

- Table the agenda item to a specific date with clarification of intent and purpose.
