Consider a resolution receiving the Keller Quarterly Financial Report for period ending June 30, 2025 and providing an effective date.
Background:
The Keller Quarterly Financial Report provides an update on actual operating revenue and expenditure activity in comparison to budget. As of June 30, 2025, year-to-date operating revenues are $84,418,693 or 79.1% of budget and operating expenditures are $75,156,927 or 65.5% of budget. In the General Fund, revenues are $39,251,380 or 85.7% of budget and expenditures are $34,865,297 or 69.3% of budget. In the Water-Wastewater Utility Fund, revenues are $21,646,193 or 70.7% and expenditures are $19,279,045 or 61.0%. Overall revenues and expenditures are in-line with expectations and follow prior year trends.

The Keller Finance Committee reviewed and approved the financial report on September 2, 2025.
