Background:

The purpose of this replat is to reconfigure 16 existing lots into 5 lots, and revise or abandon various easements, setback lines, and street rights-of-way, on an approximately 22.94-acre tract of land, in the Light Industrial and Commercial zoning district.

The Applicant has submitted all required documentation which has been reviewed by the Planning Department, Public Works, and the Fire Department for compliance with the Keller Unified Development Code.

Summary:

The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Unified Development Code (UDC).

 

Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:

The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC. The Commission has the following option on this plat:
