Background:
On March 28, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a Preliminary Site Evaluation for Cornelius Addition. The Applicant proposes to subdivide the tract into three residential lots. Additionally, there will be one open space lot to be owned and maintained by the homeowner’s association (HOA).
Summary:
The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Unified Development Code (UDC).
Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:
The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC. The Commission has the following option on this plat:
