Background:

City Council approved the Planned Development for Greenway Park on May 18, 2021.

The purpose of this plat is to meet the State, City, and Planned Development requirements related to the creation of the 38 residential and six open space lots for the major subdivision plus two commercial lots.

 

Summary:

The Final Plat meets the requirements of the Planned Development and the Unified Development Code.

 

Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:

The Planning and Zoning Commission must approve all plats that meet the criteria listed in the UDC and conform to Planned Development specifications. The Commission has the following option on this plat:
