Consider a resolution appointing a member to fill a vacancy on the Public Arts Board.

This resolution is to fill a vacancy on the Public Arts Board. Ms. Matti Lascoe has resigned her seat on the Board, and the vacancy shall be filled by Alternate 1. It is requested that Ms. Jo-Ann Stankus be appointed to serve as Place 7 on the Keller Public Arts Board for term ending June 30, 2019.
