Consider a resolution appointing a member to fill a vacancy on the Keller Economic Development Board.

This resolution is to fill a vacancy on the Keller Economic Development Board. Mr. Barry Graham has resigned his seat on the Board, and the vacancy shall be filled by Alternate 2. It is requested that Dr. William Starck be appointed to serve as Place 4 on the Keller Economic Development Board for term ending November 30, 2019.
