Background:                     

The purpose of this resolution is to canvass the Special Referendum Election held in the City of Keller on May 5, 2018. The results shows that Resolution No. 3909 approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement with The Birch Racquet and Lawn Club shall be repealed.
