Consider a resolution rejecting the bids for the construction of the Gabion Wall System Repair - Highland Oaks Crossing Project and authorizing the City Manager to re-advertise the project on behalf of the City of Keller, Texas.
Background:
After receiving six (6) responses to the Gabion Wall System Repair - Highland Oaks Crossing Project, staff discovered a pay item quantity error. The error was significant enough that the contract could not be awarded and adjusted without exceeding the 25% contract adjustment limit. Therefore, the bids received must be rejected and the project re-advertised.
