2. Greenway, 1501 Keller Pkwy; PSE-18-0007 & SP-18-0027; JP Ducay: Staff sent comments on 2/26/2019; awaiting resubmittal.
3. Salon Sorielle, 114 Pate Orr Rd; SP-18-0019 & CP-19-0001; JP Ducay: Site Plan was approved by staff. Staff sent comments on 3/22/2019 for the Civil Plans; awaiting resubmittal.
4. Samantha Springs Estates, 1451 England Drive; Z-18-0005; JP Ducay: Planned Development of a proposed 15 lot private subdivision. Staff comments are due 1/16/2019. ON HOLD
