At the request of the P & Z Commission Chairman, Staff will provide updates on recent development applications, development activities, and special projects that Staff is currently working on.

Development Review Applications (all applications are currently under review by DRC staff):

 

1.                     Maguires Zoning change; 1016 N Pearson Ln; Z-19-0001; Katasha Smithers: Subdivide the property from 1 to 2 lots and rezone a portion (one lot) from SF-36 to SF-20. Staff sent 2nd Submittal comments on 6/4/2019; awaiting resubmittal

2.                     Greenway, 1501 Keller Pkwy; PSE-18-0007 & SP-18-0027; JP Ducay: Staff sent comments on 2/26/2019; awaiting resubmittal.

3.                     Samantha Springs Estates, 1451 England Drive; Z-18-0005; JP Ducay: Planned Development of a proposed 15 lot private subdivision. Staff comments are due 1/16/2019. ON HOLD                     

4.                     Legend’s Car Wash, 788 Keller Pkwy; SP-18-0021 & CP-18-0017; Katasha Smithers: Site plan comments were sent back on 3/27/2019; awaiting resubmittal

5.                     Highland Oaks Crossing, 841 North Tarrant Pkwy; P-18-0052; Katasha Smithers: Staff sent comments on 4/4/2019. Awaiting Site plan submittal

6.                     North Texas Veterinarian Clinic, 1100 Whitley Rd; SUP-19-0009; Katasha Smithers: SUP for the veterinary use; Approved by City Council on June 4th. Awaiting Site Plan and Civil Plan submittals

7.                     Gean Estates Ph 3, 740 Bancroft Rd; TB-18-0001; Scott Bradburn: Denied at City Council on 4/16/2019.
