On March 18, 2019 the City Secretary issued a petition for the “The legal sale of all alcoholic beverages including mixed beverages” upon receipt of an Application for a Petition for a Local Option Election.
The petitioners had 60 days to receive 7,411 signatures which equals 35% of the registered voters who voted in the most recent gubernatorial election.

Attached is the letter from Tarrant County Elections Administration declaring the petition valid and the list of individuals who signed the petition. There were 192 signatures that were not in Tarrant County Elections Administration’s database, therefore the signer name could not be determined and they are not included on the attached list.
Staff recommends acceptance of the Local Option Election Petition.
