Subject:                      Briefing regarding current DRC projects and Long-Term Projects.

At the request of the P & Z Commission Chairman, Staff will provide updates on recent development applications, development activities, and special projects that Staff is currently working on.

Development Review Applications (all applications are currently under review by DRC staff):

1.                     Maguires Zoning change; 1016 N Pearson Ln; Z-19-0001; Katasha Smithers: Subdivide the property from 1 to 2 lots and rezone a portion (one lot) from SF-36 to SF-20. PZ scheduled for 7/8/2019.

2.                     Greenway, 1501 Keller Pkwy; PSE-18-0007 & SP-18-0027; JP Ducay: Staff received 2nd submittal on 6/28/2019, comments are due 7/12/2019.

3.                     Samantha Springs Estates, 1451 England Drive; Z-18-0005; JP Ducay: PSE of a proposed 15 lot private subdivision. Staff comments were sent on 6/28/2019. Awaiting resubmittal

4.                     Legend’s Car Wash, 788 Keller Pkwy; SP-18-0021 & CP-18-0017; Katasha Smithers: Site plan comments were sent back on 6/4/2019; awaiting resubmittal

5.                     Highland Oaks Crossing, 841 North Tarrant Pkwy; SP-19-0010; Katasha Smithers: Applicant sent in Site Plan for one of the two lots being Lot 3. Staff comments are due on 7/15/2019.

6.                     North Texas Veterinarian Clinic, 1100 Whitley Rd; SUP-19-0009; Katasha Smithers: SUP for the veterinary use; Approved by City Council on June 4th. Awaiting Site Plan and Civil Plan submittals

7.                     Forest View Estates Lot 2R; P-19-000; Katasha Smithers/Matt Cyr: combining two lots into one lot; awaiting resubmittal.

8.                     Milestone Church Parking Lot Expansion, 201 Mt. Gilead Rd; SP-19-0002; Scott Bradburn: Staff comments sent on 3/12/2019; awaiting resubmittal.

9.                     Smoking Axes, 770 S. Main St Ste 400; SUP-19-0017;received SUP for entertainment venue use on 7/2/2019.

10.                     Bella Ridge Subdivision, 850 Randol Mill Ave; TB-19-0003; Received (2nd) Appeal to the Tree Preservation, staff comments are due 7/15/2019.
