Action Requested:                     

Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement, for a City of Keller Façade Improvement Matching Grant, in the amount of $5,000.

 

Background:                     

Lauren Isaacson of 22Thirty Properties, LLC is requesting a $5,000 façade improvement matching grant for improvements to the property located at 804 Keller Parkway. The total estimated cost of all building improvement is $16,616.00.

Façade Improvements for Reimbursement include replacing exterior doors and windows.

 

Financial Impact:

The remaining program budget for the 2019 Fiscal Year is $27,957.50. If all façade improvement matching grant requests on this agenda are approved, the remaining budget would be $8,807.50.

 

Citizen Input/Board Review:                     

The Keller Economic Development Board voted 7-0 to recommend approval at the July 15, 2019 meeting.

 

Legal Review:                       

The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed the proposed Chapter 380 Agreement.
