Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government code, and pursuant to the City’s Economic Development Policy, with Lauren Isaacson of 22 Thirty Properties, LLC, owner of property located at 804 Keller Parkway, Keller, Texas, for a City of Keller Façade Improvement Matching Grant.
Action Requested:
Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Agreement, for a City of Keller Façade Improvement Matching Grant, in the amount of $5,000.
Background:
Lauren Isaacson of 22Thirty Properties, LLC is requesting a $5,000 façade improvement matching grant for improvements to the property located at 804 Keller Parkway. The total estimated cost of all building improvement is $16,616.00.
Façade Improvements for Reimbursement include replacing exterior doors and windows.
Financial Impact:
The remaining program budget for the 2019 Fiscal Year is $27,957.50. If all façade improvement matching grant requests on this agenda are approved, the remaining budget would be $8,807.50.
Citizen Input/Board Review:
The Keller Economic Development Board voted 7-0 to recommend approval at the July 15, 2019 meeting.
Legal Review:
The City Attorney’s Office has reviewed the proposed Chapter 380 Agreement.
