August 20, 2019

 

1.                     Consider approval of an ordinance to rezone from Single Family Residential - 36,000 square-foot minimum (SF-36) to Single Family Residential - 20,000 square-foot minimum (SF-20), on a 0.66-acre portion of an approximately 1.78-acre property, being Tract 6A, Abstract 1162 of Ireneus Neace Survey, located on the west side of North Pearson Lane, situated at the intersection of Florence Road and North Pearson Lane, addressed as 1016 North Pearson Lane.

The Applicant withdrew the application prior to the start of the August 20, 2019, City Council Meeting.

 

September 3, 2019

 

2.                     Consider an ordinance approving a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Smoking Axes, a proposed axe throwing Indoor Entertainment Facility, located 770 South Main Street.

 

City Council Approved by a vote of 7 to 0.

 

3.                     Consider an ordinance approving a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow the use of a spa to include cosmetology such as (hair, nails and face), and Texas-licensed massage therapists, for Cozy Day Spa, located at 460 Keller Parkway, Suite B.

 

City Council Approved by a vote of 7 to 0.

 

4.                     Consider an ordinance approving an amendment to the City of Keller Unified Development Code, adopted by Ordinance No. 1746 dated July 7, 2015, by providing revisions to allow medical office use in the Town Center (TC) Zoning District with a Specific Use Permit (SUP).

 

City Council Denied by a vote of 6 to 1.
