At the request of the P & Z Commission Chairman, Staff will provide updates on recent development applications, development activities, and special projects that Staff is currently working on.
Development Review Applications (all applications are currently under review by DRC staff):
1) North Texas Veterinarian Clinic, 1100 Whitley Rd; SP-19-0015 & CP-19-0007; Katasha Smithers: 3rd Submittal for Site Plan and Civil Plan were received on 1/7/2020. Staff comments are due on 1/15/2020.
2) Reality Capital, 1440 N Main St; Z-19-0002; JP Ducay: Applicant proposes a mixed-use development, located on 38 acres of land. P&Z scheduled for 1/14/2020.
3) Panera, 1241 Keller Parkway; SUP-20-0002; Katasha Smithers: Applicant is requesting an SUP request for size of building being less than 6,000sf and drive-thru. Potential P&Z scheduled for 1/28/2020.
4) IHOP, 700 N Tarrant Pkwy; SP-19-0024; Matt Cyr: Applicant is revising the Site Plan and can be approved by Staff. Staff Comments are due on 1/10/2020.
5) Harmonson Boutique Hotel, 317 Hill Street; SUP-20-0001; JP Ducay: SUP request for hotel use. P&Z scheduled for 1/14/2020.
6) Thai Massage, 255 S Main St, SUP-19-0022; Matt Cyr: SUP request for massage use. P&Z scheduled for 1/14/2020.
