Consider a resolution appointing members to the Board of Directors for the Keller Crime Control and Prevention District Board, as provided for in Section 363.101 of the Texas Local Government Code.

Background:
The proposed resolution is to re-appoint Ms. Kathy Sherwin, Mr. Thomas Shehan, and Mr. Mark Morgan, sitting members of the Keller Crime Control and Prevention District.
Police Chief Bradley G. Fortune and City Council representative Mayor McGrail, both support the reappointment of these three members.
