Consider a resolution amending Resolution No. 4374, approved on July 6, 2021, creating a Keller Sports Park Task Force, by changing the Keller Horse Owner’s Association Representative on said Keller Sports Park Task Force.
Action Requested:
Consider a resolution amending and Resolution No. 4374 creating the Keller Sports Park Task Force, by changing the Keller Horse Owner’s Association representative from Christina Brogdon to Courtney Waid.
Background:
At the June 1, 2021 City Council Meeting, the Council created a Keller Sports Park Task Force with the intent of said Task Force to be heavily involved in the Keller Sports Park update process, communication with the rest of the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Board on the process, and making recommendations to the City Council.
On July 6, 2021, the Council added a position to the Task Force for a representative from the Keller Horse Owners Association. At that time, Council appointed Christina Brogdon. Since then, it has become necessary to change the representative to Courtney Waid.
The new proposed composition of the Keller Sports Task Force is:
