Consider a Preliminary Site Evaluation (PSE) for the Minor Subdivision consisting of Lots 1-3, Block A, Pearson Woods, being 3.31 acres located on the west side of North Pearson Lane, due west of the intersection of Summer Lane and North Pearson Lane, , zoned SF-36, currently addressed as 1450 North Pearson Lane. Metairie BG Partners, LLC, Applicant/Owner. (PSE-21-0004)
Background:
• An application for a Final Plat has been submitted but has not completed the review process.
• The purpose of this PSE is to provide an overall preliminary development plan for a tract of land. This PSE is intended to show the infrastructure requirements for the minor subdivision plat.
• As no variances are requested, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall approve the PSE as submitted.

A Preliminary Site Evaluation does not require a Public Hearing.
Summary:
The Applicant has met all requirements of the UDC for this Preliminary Site Evaluation application.
Planning and Zoning Commission Alternatives:
Preliminary Site Evaluations shall be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission if they meet all applicable requirements of the Unified Development Code. The Commission has the following options on this PSE:
